Fen

Ireland is wet. Damp. Humid. Boggy.

The peat soil is black and turns the water tea brown. 

Along the shore edge, against that rich black backdrop, especially in low sun, there are magnificent golds and coppers from the reeds and tall grasses that grow alongside.
